Supdt. of Police. After resigning from Police he worked in the corporate world for 2 decades and was the Director of Human Resources for about 15 years with best of the brands. He has been honoured with 2 International and 2 National Awards along with 3 HR Contributor of Year / Promising HR Professional Awards and has got about 25+ years of experience in Trainings and Human Resources.

He holds command on Training and Development with best of the Indian and International MNCs, he is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer and has attended Leadership Trainings by Wharton Business School has also been published in various magazines and new papers. His self-help book has got the Best Business Book of Year Award in Sharjah.
